About Peter Mitko
I am an Advanced Clinical Practitioner with a special interest in Dermatology, Advanced aesthetics and Minor surgery.
My main interest is Early detection and recognition of Skin cancer
I have been nursing around the world for 20 years.
I started my career as Military Nurse/ Clinical Practitioner in Slovakia, and since I've retired from the Armed forces I have worked in various emergency and acute medical departments after moving to UK until I started to work as an Advanced Clinical Practitioner in Primary care , seeing and treating patients in GP surgeries and Urgent care environment.
Alongside my career, I have completed
• Master’s degree in Nursing at St Elizabeth College of Health and Social Work in Bratislava.
• Postgraduate Diploma in Advanced Professional Practice and also becoming • Independent Non-Medical prescriber at Northampton University
Once I realised that a high number of patient's presentations are related to skin conditions, I have educated myself in Dermoscopy, achieving
• Advanced Certificate in Dermoscopy and then stepped up to study
• Professional Diploma in Skin Cancer medicine
• Postgraduate Diploma in Clinical Dermatology
Why to visit our clinic?
We opened our clinics to help patients access care earlier than waiting for an appointment from overstretched NHS care. We are offering treatment and assessment of general skin conditions, as well as private health and urgent care services. Our aim is to improve and allow affordable access to Early Skin Cancer Detection and Minor dermatological surgeries to all patients, such as Skin Tag and Moles removal or excision of Skin and Scalp cysts, which are no longer available through NHS.

Accessability & Parking Information
There is no onsite parking at RPM Health Clinic Leicester , however Victoria Park Car Park is only a short work away from the practice.
Based on the 3rd Floor please call prior to making an appointment if you have any mobility issues
Please note there is no parking in front of RPM Health Clinic Warwick, however there is plenty of parking spaces short walk to the clinic .
Based on the 1st Floor please call prior to making an appointment if you have any mobility issues.
Chaperone requirement
If you require presence of chaperone during assessment or procedure, please call prior making an appointment to discuss what options are available. If we are not able to provide trained chaperone on the day you require, arrangement can be made with private chaperone service with extra charge to be paid.
